"Go To AutoZone if This OReilly Store is about to close, this O'Reilly Store will literally shut the door on you even if it is not closing time...This has been my go to store for auto parts, (since the store opened) and the (regular guys) here are awesome but not tonight(new guys to me). I showed up 6 minutes before the store closed. The guys tending the shop saw me pull up, saw me walk up the door and they literally ran up to the door and locked it when I was about 3 feet from the door. There were people still inside the store. This doesn't break my heart, what does is that I drove to Auto Zone, made my purchase (a set of windshield wipers) and drove right by O"Reilly Auto Parts at 9:01pm one minute after they supposably close. Customer service seems to be dwindling at this OReily Auto Part Store...My loyalty for sure is going to be shifting to AutoZone...By the way the Auto Zone Store had about 6 cars in the parking lot when I left...they must be doing something right!"
"Went there yesterday to buy a battery for my truck. $200. + tax. The attendant "Rene" wouldn't help me install it. :( I should have gone to the competition. Next time I know better."
