"My girlfriend and I came here because we both love Mexican food and we decided one night to give this place a try after hearing so many good things about it from family and online, and we both left hungry and disappointed. The steak that I ordered was almost entirely fat, not gristle, just straight up fat. I was able to cut around it and a small portion of the core was actual meat that I could eat, and though it took up the entirety of the surface area of the plate they gave it to me on it pretty much stayed that way. They served it with a tiny little cheese enchilada that was even smaller than the cardboard tube in a roll of toilet paper, and even the rice and beans tasted a bit like gasoline. The flautas My girlfriend ordered were a little bit better, but the only flavor either of us were able to detect was grease. I didn't bother to take any of my food home, but we reheated her flautas the next day and they actually tasted a little bit better somehow. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive, and if I weren't terrible with names I would mention her directly But she is really the only reason I am even bothering to give this place two stars. Maybe I will swing back around in a little while and see if things are any better, but in the meantime I'll be giving my business to Dos Chiles Grandes in Boyd."

"I went here for lunch. I got the Beef Chili Relleno from the lunch menu. It was really good. Their chips and salsa are good as well. But probably the most delightful part of my experience was the fantastic service I received from Mari. The entire staff was great."

"This place is always packed and we thought why not let’s check it out. The chips and salsa were good and flavorful. We got our food and most of it was just not as good as it should be, I’ll go out on a limb and say lots of canned or processed items here. The staff was all kinda just there no smiles or excitement not to happy to be doing their jobs. Sorry guys but I tried to enjoy it."
