"An excellent Cici's experience! The restaurant was VERY clean, the buffet was kept well stocked with fresh food, and even the area to stack your plates was cleared many times while we were there. Overall very impressed by the staff and their great work here!"

"Drove my family about 20 minutes to get to this location (this is the closest CiCi's to us) and when we arrived (8:30 pm) there was a paper on the door saying they were closing early at 9 pm (Online it stated they close at 10 pm). I understand closing early, but what I don't understand is why the doors were locked at 8:30 pm. There was an employee who saw me at the door, and I knocked to ask why the door was locked so early and if we could place an order to take a pizza home since it wasnt even 9 pm yet, and no joke, this kid looks at me and then turns around and gets on his phone and ignores me knocking. The employees don't seem to value the people who patron the establishment and give them business so they can all have jobs. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this establishment. Driving 20 minutes to find locked doors at 8:30 pm, despite the posted closing time of 10 pm, is unacceptable. Clear communication about early closures and proper training for staff interaction should be priorities. They could have updated the hours online to reflect the early closure so people wouldn't waste their time or gas to drive to this location. They could also train their employees on how to better interact with customers. The employee's attitude and demeanor is inexcusable. As a result of this experience, we won't be returning to this location, and it's disheartening to see such disregard for those who support your business. Shame."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean location , even in the bathroom. The pizza was typical, but still good. Salad bar and the fixings were definitely fresh. Nice crispy lettuce! And the 1000 island dressing wasn't flooded with pickle flavor like at a different ,popular buffet . The only thing missing was the "taco pizza" , which is my favorite. Will definitely go back more often."

"Everything is disgusting. Stale pizza, chewy overcooked noodles, cinnamon rolls weren't fully cooked, brownies... idk how you can even call them that. Absolutely terrible and I'm not sure why I liked this as a kid."

"This location is amazing and makes all other ones look bad !!! This location is soo clean and the staff is on point !!! Silverware container was empty and as soon as the staff was made aware they ran to get more . The entire salad bar and buffet was full!! Other locations your lucky to find 2 pizzas and don’t even think about desserts !! Everything was soo clean it was very impressive!! 6 STARS!! Highly recommended and hats off to the staff !!!"
