"I will never visit another wingstop again because I feel like I was ignored completely for almost 10 minutes and they continued to help other people and when I said something the lady said we will get to you and then helped the next customer who came through the door and still didn't take my order. 7:40 pm on March 4th. I won't even visit other wingstops after this disrespect."

"I came in craving Wingstop, I walked in and they told me to wait and sit until my order was ready, and we were waiting for 30 minutes and the food never arrived, I had to stand up and ask if they were working on it, and the lady in front handed it to me in a rude way in a to go bag, and was sitting there the whole time, food wasn’t warm and had to remind them about certain thing I had asked in my order, and the people weren’t very nice and welcoming but were talking and playing around with friends that were here, won’t be coming back for the overall attitude of the lady at the front. Don’t come to this Wingstop! (Also when we left she gave us an ugly look and didn’t say a word)"

"10/10, Definitely recommend this, it is really, really good. Very, very good food, obviously, it's really, really good like the wings are very well cooked the flavors obviously amazing the fries, the voodoo fries, they're very, very good especially with the cheese ranch. The ranch is actually very good. I would definitely recommend getting that. Now, my only problem with this is if you order the spicy Buffalo ranch fries. They are terrible. I mean, absolutely horrible like I would never in a million years. Order it again but I wanted to try it because it sounded good now I am deeply regretted with that decision. So do it that what you will? But everything else is a 10 out of ten, thank you."

"30 minutes after my pickup time, I am finally told my order was just now being prepped, not started, not cooking, not being bagged up. All things I had been told before this moment.... Just be trutful from the start don't lie non stop.... Yeah I am going to cancel my order but stop wasting my time and countless others! There were at least a dozen people waiting for their food. All being fed the same lines, it wasn't until I said tell me what's really going on with my order before it's admitted you hadn't even started it. Terrible service and whomever the manager/owner is teaching your associates to just feed lines instead of being honest shame on you..."

"Bought chicken sandwich and when got home bit into it and felt it weird. Cut it in half to find out was not fully cooked. Submitted a feedback and requested call back or email and never received either by the management. Returned to store and the employee told me “sorry we been having this issue all day”. Come on that’s just ridiculous. Could remade my fries at least lol. But got my sandwich remade and was fully cooked and dry since they cooked it extra to make sure properly cooked I guess."
