"We waited 20 minutes from our first drink being ready to our last (while other orders were filled). 2 of the drinks were made incorrectly. This is our 2nd visit where the wait was long & drinks were wrong."

"Y’all need to hire more people! My mobile order took 15 EXTRA minutes to be made because they were so slammed. I get it, it’s the morning and everyone needs their Java boost but 25 minutes total between when I placed the order and walked out with it is ridiculous. My drink was also supposed to have extra caramel chunks and I paid extra for it and she put 1 shake on it. I know I may sound like a Karen but it’s seriously a horrible way to start the day; don’t be like Walmart where only 1 register is open because you’re too cheap to hire more people. It wasn’t the workers fault for not being able to take the time with my order because it was so crowded but I still spent money on it and deserve to enjoy my coffee with a reasonable amount of wait time."
