"I have the most horrible customer service yesterday and even more of horrible one today. I ordered a pizza yesterday with a soda. And I never received it. I did re-order another pizza. This how I received it. Now they saying there nothing they can do."

"I placed an order for 2 marble cookies and it said 8 to 10 minutes before its ready. I went in 35 minutes later and had to stand there while the employees continued to IGNORE ME. After 13 minutes of standing in the lobby(and I was the ONLY one there, NOBODY else) finally a guy came and told me it wasn't ready. When I asked how long he said, very condescending....it'll be ready when it's ready. So I left. I called 30 minutes later and the same guy answered and told me it was ready 2 minutes after I left. When I asked him why he didn't just tell me that, again with a very disgusting attitude he said because I didn't have to, then preceeded to tell me I could come and pick it up or not because he really didn't care. Now call me crazy but I just assumed that because IM THE CUSTOMER I should be treated with dignity and respect. What I received from these people were the exact opposite. Whoever owns this place needs to go in and clean house because the people that are being paid to take care of the business will BANKRUPT it eventually. As for me....I WILL NOW BE A PROUD PAPAJOHNS CUSTOMER, where I can get some respect for my money and be treated and talked to like a human being."

"One person works here. One. They did not deliver as requested via my online order. Apparently, they tried to call me, but didn't leave a message. I called and no one answered because they were cooking. I went in to see why they were 30 minutes late and they explained the situation, and offered two, 2 liters of soda as a result (nice of the person working there), but overall, it was not a good experience. Update the store online to be carryout only. They also have expired documents. This was taken on March 25, 2022, so the health department one is OK, but the training one isn't."
