"The worst experience I had on a Sunday at the Edinburg Trenton location. I ordered online at 7:50pm (16-21 min NO WAIT). I get there at 8:20pm asked for my order and it wasn’t ready. So I said ok I’ll give it 10 to 15 mins. at 8:30 I asked for them to check up on my order and still it wasn’t ready. By 9pm of standing there waiting for my name to be called out I just decided to cancel my order. NOT A SORRY oh and they RAN OUT OF RANCH TOO. Sorry for those who went through the same thing I did that evening. An hour wait hell no, not that place again."

"the girl that calls out the order needs to be a little bit louder & should smile lol girl you’re pretty put a smile on that face. needs to be a little aware of the food coming out i saw my order in the window for like a good extra 5 minutes added to the wait of the food so that’s it"

"Usually I don't like coming to this Wingstop cuz whenever I get bbq wings they always come drenched, but this time the wings were perfect! I prefer to eat boneless wings and this time my wings were nice and crispy and the sauce was perfectly added into my wings. The service was great the food was amazing(especially their fries) and the vibes are always great."

"I ordered thru the app to make sure when it says it’s ready it actually is well in this store it never is! It always takes 10-15 mins after it says order completed! To top it off it’s been multiple times my wings are overcooked ! If there’s barely any chicken on the wing that is a clear indication it’s overcooked ! Today I got there early to let them know I did not want them this way. Well it’s like they told the cooks to do the opposite ! Extremely upset at this service can’t even enjoy something I PAID for!"

"This place is extremely horrible. Service sucks. They always take their time. The food is never correct. The moddo of that location is "place your order of what you want and we'll give you what we think you want" Never fails I can't believe how stupid these heathens are when it comes to putting an order together. It's just fast food people you do t work at McDonald's get your shirt together."
