"Pizzas here uses home made dough that is somewhere between American pizza dough and Jewish Matzah. The crust is not soft or hard but somewhere in between and it is very unique. The chef Andrea says it’s authentic Roman style. A group of my friends ordered three pizzas and a focaccia to share. We were all happy with our selections and my best fave today was Potente. Please see the menu photo for the ingredients. In a few words, Camembert & truffle oil - deadly combination!"

"I have walked by several times during their listed hours of operation and each time I asked the gentleman if they were open, I was met with aggression and a negative attitude. I believe this is due to my appearance possibly? I have on work clothes, I am a maintenance manager of a near by apartment complex. I am a major fan of pizza and baked goods. This pizza garden could of by far been my new place to eat as that I order out 5-6 times a week. Sadly I am here leaving this review because they in fact prejudge you before you even get though the gate. Maybe this will change after posting this review and I will have a chance to experience this pizza garden. When and if I do, I will leave a review of service and food."

"I’ve heard people say more than once that for such an incredible food city, Houston’s pizza scene is severely lacking. Well… no one can say that anymore now that Org is here. This was one of the very best pizzas I’ve ever had the pleasure of consuming anywhere in my entire pizza-eating life. The toppings were fresh, rich, and interesting. The crust was an absolute revelation. The prices were extremely reasonable and the service was warm and welcoming. If you like pizza at all, do yourself a favor and eat here! I myself will be back many more times :)"

"Could this be the best pizza in Houston? I am beginning to think so. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Although his focaccia are available at Spec's, frozen, to bake at home at 450 F for 6 minutes, on Sundays, Chef Andrea prepares these exquisite Roman style pizzas from 9-2 at this location on Yale at Tidwell. And they are spectacular."

"Incredible pizza and Italian pastries. The inside was nice and intimate. The pizza dough was some of the best I've ever had. Roman style pizza from the Roman chef himself, Chef Andrea. The Italian coffee was delicious as well, I'll be coming back again and again. Amazing little gem, highly recommend."
