"This is the third time my pizza wasn't cooked all the way. I thought maybe picking it up this time would help but it did not. Although the wings were better the pizza still wasn't cooked all the way."
"Paxton was wonderful. I ordered a few pizzas for the kids for dinner. Husband thought I was picking them up and I thought he was. Got home no pizza. Called they said yes the pizzas still here. Paxton was busy waved to me at the pickup window. Signed 1 minute. He made his way to the pickup window. Told him the name on order. He was like you don't want 2 hour old pizza. He said 10 minutes and I'll have it ready. Kids were very excited for fresh pizza. He definitely could have just passed us the older pizza that we had ordered. Fantastic customer service!!!! They were swamped with orders when we pulled up. Thank you Paxton"
"Truly enjoy this location with no complaints. I’ve always experienced friendly customer service when picking up or from the delivery drivers. I order every week, sometimes every other as a family of 5. Thank you for the great service and delicious pizza, it’s always hot."
"The kids that work there don't have customer service knowledge. They are very dry and more interested in talking about where to go party next. Corn in cup was HORRIBLE, their spice read not hot and it was super spicy. Their pecan ice cream was delicious. They are VERY expensive."
