"CYNTHIA is the reason that I have switched to only Pizza Hut pizzas. She was doing it all, taking the orders, running the pizzas, and greeting me while I came in the door. She was so professional, that when I told her that I was going to give corporate a call so that she could be recognized for her outstanding service, she told me “You don’t have to do that, i just lov to give great customer service”. Pizza Hut needs to give her raise, because CYNTHIA is the reason that I have switched to Pizza Hut ."

"They’re always slow honestly but this time was just ridiculous. I placed my order for delivery at 7:34pm. By 7:45 it was out for delivery, great. But then 8:30 rolls around and still no order. I live 3 minutes from this location so I call and ask for an update, he says it’s en route…okay. By 9 oclock I call back and tell him I want to cancel and he says I’ll need to turn the driver around whenever he gets here. Excuse me? So the driver calls me at 9:09 saying he can’t find my house and I told him to take the order back and he did. Waiting nearly an hour and a half for a pizza 3 minutes away is insane. Won’t be ordering again."

"I know there are several mixed reviews here from everyone. I have lived in the neighborhood for several years and have had many experiences with this locations. In the past the location was slow and had poor customer service. But over the past few years I have had great experiences here. The managers name is Cynthia. We’ve had the privilege of getting to know each other and build a friendly relationship over the years. She is sweet and from point of view she truly cares about getting the orders right. Now in regards to other people there when she is no longer there that’s a different story. But I want to give this place my 5 stars because of Cynthia."

"If zero stars was possible, that is what my rating would be. Quite disgusting to discover on the bottom of my pizza that a roach was baked into breading. I can only wonder how many other orders went out with "extra" ingredients. Will not be returning to this location period."
