"We had a really good experience. In my opinion, there was just a bit too much sauce on the pizza, but definitely not enough to knock off a star. Service and atmosphere were great!"
"We waited a long time to have a waiter to come to our table. I had to wave down the hostess and she pretended like she didn’t see me. There was no customer service. When we walked in there was not hi welcome nothing. Just who has the next table to the other hostess. The hostess seated without telling any waiter we were there. Finally we got service and the waiter was rushed. He did apologize for the long wait. He had a lot of other tables. There were other servers not doing anything idk they had him wait on us. There was a group of workers just at the hostess stand talking not doing anything. Our pizza was really good. Cooked well and tasteful. And when we left there was two hostesses at the front when we walked out and no one said anything to us. Not goodbye have a good night nothing. When we walked in we weren’t rude to them. There was no reason for them to treat us like that. There was no customer service at all very disappointing. If we weren’t so hungry we would have left. And I was shocked that this silverware was so dirty. Glad I didn’t have to use it."
"Great choice for New York style brick-oven pizza. Good atmosphere and great staff. Restaurant was full but that did not affect the great service. Fresh ingredients for the salad and pizza."
"Pizza was good. Not great but maybe I just had high expectations as I was told this pizza would be amazing. Service was great although our waiter was rushing a bit. You barely finished speaking and he was already leaving your table. He was still really cool and nice. It's still a good place for pizza. I was Lucky enough to find parking right in front without having to pay valet. Not entirely sure where parking is if you do not want to pay valet. Pumpkin cheesecake was delicious though and the place looks really nice and welcoming."
"This is a classic for all family’s and teens in Houston. The restaurant is spacious and well decorated making it perfect for birthdays or other celebrations. The waiters are busy so don’t expect world class service, but they were kind and brought our food out promptly. The pizza is, as always, delicious with a fired crust and a very fresh, raw tomato sauce. The unexpected star of the night were the bar-made lemonades which were SO fresh and smooth, perfect after the excruciating Houston weather lately. The place is right next to the Escape Game company so it’s perfect for a night out on the town. Beware coming here on Friday nights in fall and spring, this place is very popular for homecoming and prom groups."
