"This place is ridiculous they have you waiting in drive-thru for over 1 1/2 they are always short on staff every weekend. Hire more people and pay them more than just $8 -$9 an hour. Very poor establishment that don't stand behind the name, HOT AND READY."
"This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I paid for a me extra mostbestest pizza and a rivaled pizza. Then they gave me two regular pizzas. The girl at the window was rude and asked me how am I going to tell her when she works there. She lied and said there aren’t two different boxes and called another girl to the window and began to speak Spanish to have her tell me they were different and just in the same box. She also stated that the company changes their boxes often and that’s the reason it was put in the same box. This store is truly being ran into the ground. It was great until the pandemic and then they started hiring anybody with an attitude and poorly trained. They either need to close the location or fire the manager and start over because this isn’t it and I will be calling corporate!"
