"Food was good. But the service was not good. We ordered from a kiosk because no one was at the counter and then had to pay at the counter and had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to help us. Then we needed extra condiments and had to wait another 5 minutes for some to help us again. Wasn't busy inside or drive thru so don't know why they weren't at the counter. But food is always good."

"Disappointing service. Entered lobby 10 pm to order because I was traveling with a trailer and could not go through the drive thru. A couple of minutes after entering I had to ask the young lady to take my order. She then proceeded to tell me that the lobby was closed. I told her that the door was open and the sign said lobby closed at 11:00. She gets the manager and she tells me that I can order through the kiosk. I place my order…15 min passed so I had to call them out from their lively conversation to ask for my order. She checks and states that they were waiting in the bacon. I waited a total of 30 min for my order. Poor customer service. Will never stop here again."

"Waited 30 minutes for food in dining area. Noticed people after my family that had just walked in and order get their food did I ask. Had to ask twice to get help as the assistant manager kept ignoring everyone up front and talked horrible to his crew. Once I finally got his attention, they had cleared my order from the screen and never started making it. What made me upset the most was the excuse of of short staff and backed up when everyone that ordered after us got their food in a timely manner!! Do better!"

"I'm writing a review on McDonalds because my experience was miserable. The food was exactly as you would expect and the restaurant was clean. That being said I have never witnessed a more RUDE and apathetic crew in my life. No one ever spoke to me and I waited a good 5 minutes at the counter because I wanted to ask for some ketchup. Several employees passed me while waiting at the counter but they were too busy stuffing food their mouths to ask me if they could get me anything. Again, I only wanted ketchup. I would imagine the only reason they remain in business is because it's in the middle of nowhere with few other eating options. If I were you, I would wait 10 minutes going north or south and you can find other eating options. DO NOT go here unless you love being treated as if you do not exist. If this franchise owner care about customers - it sure is not reflected by their crew."

"We ordered at 10am online . We arrived in store at 10:15 and told our order was being made. 5min later we receive a message our order had been canceled and refunded. I asked the manager and was given no explanation other than you were refunded. I guess they get to choose who gets to eat breakfast and who doesn't. The drive thru seemed to be getting everything I guess there corporate time clock for drive thru orders is most important."
