"I always give places 3 chances because of employee turn over. First time I had to drive off after waiting 30 minutes and never getting my order. That was strike 1. Today I ordered on line and the app told me "Ready at 11:16" I received my order at 11:26. Which was after the car to my right got their order even though they arrived after me and didn't order ahead. And what I got was a flat dry piece of chicken, with a pinch of mayo and an old burnt dry bun that actually feels and taste like it was from yesterday. The burger was clearly thrown together with half of the veggies in the wrapper not the sandwich. Patties over cooked and dry. I'll call this horrible experience strike 2. At least I got the order this time so that's an improvement I guess. But not edible so I'm still hungry."

"Service was prompt, food was fresh and hot. I always enjoy the egg, bacon, cheese breakfast toaster with tatortots and coffee! It's still a good meal but the sandwich has gotten smaller!"

"They never answered my speaker after sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes. Took other customers order who arrived after us, and they received their food too. Drove off and went to the Sonic in Devine. The service at the Devine location is WAY better. Never went back to the lytle location again."

"The last 2 times we've stopped at this Sonic we've had issues. First, they let us order soft pretzels with cheese and didn't tell us they are out of cheese until after we pay. Today, they gave us a crispy chicken sandwich where the chicken wasn't the usual chicken, but a small breaded patty that looked like it came from the freezer aisle of HEB. The sandwich was terrible and had no taste. Then to top it off the bottom of 1 of the hot dog buns was covered in mold. Luckily, my husband checks his food before eating it."

"Every time. I come and order the same thing almost every time and EVERY SINGLE TIME it is wrong. A supersonic breakfast burrito. Eggs, cheese, onions, tomato, jalapeño, sausage and tots. This time I got lettuce(?), egg and sausage...? All they have to do is look at their own menu? I don't understand why it is so hard. I don't recommend this place. Or sonic in general, honestly. The other locations do the same thing. I'm done trying with this place. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else."
