"The food is good as IHOP goes. Food is cooked the way you order and fast even while the restaurant is crowded. They still managed to keep the place clean despite the crowded seating area. Which brings me to the service. This place needs help because the waitresses will ask you if you need anything WITHOUT STOPPING to wait for an answer. They literally keep on walking. So if you need something, like a box or napkins or want to order more food, you're SOL. If that's the service you're going to offer, don't bother asking. But if you're going to hop in, eat and get out, you shouldn't have any problems."

"I went here for breakfast on Monday, 01/08/2024. My total bill was $16.54, and I chose to give a $3 tip, which brought the total to $19.54. A few days later, I looked at my online bank account and saw the charge was for $20.54, not $19.54 as already noted. After I noticed this, I went into the restaurant and spoke with a girl named Ladasja, she said that she was a Manager there. I told her that the server gave them self an extra $1 tip, and I showed her my receipt and my online bank account showing the extra $1 that was taken. I told her that my server was a young, tall, white kid with brown hair. She said that his name is Conor. She also told me that my excess money taken would be refunded to me. It's been nearly a month, and nothing has been refunded to me. Apparently this restaurant doesn't have a problem with their employees stealing from their customers. Stay out of this place. It's trashy, and the service is terrible."

"I don't know how to start this review besides saying it was a terrible experience. Starting off the drink order was wrong, Most importantly, we got mistreated with being the only African American family there. The food came out 40min late. The tenders were burnt, and my country fried steak looked like it had been sitting in the window for 20 min. We never got a refill on our drinks, and the server never came to check up on us at all. We will never come back to this one, and to make it worse, it's literally right down the street from our house. We do not recommend this IHOP."

"Very busy on Labor Day, the service was great, the food was great, and they didn't skip a beat. Pumpkin spice pancakes taste like fall. I'll probably come back for the service and a little coffee and biscuits. I forgot to take photos of the food, so I'll have to come back, lol"
