"We went and they said the chicken will take 15 mins even though there was chicken and the food treys. The place look dirty and kitchen looked unsanitary."
"Tonight we tried to go through the drive thru and 1st the speaker wasn't working . Then we get to the window and before we can say what kind ( bone or tenders)he just straight up said chicken will take 30 mins once we drop it ( they literally had 4 cars including us in the parking lot. And who in the h**l cooks chicken for 30 mins and especially since all we wanted was the big box of tenders and a thing of the 5 piece tenders. They had multiple people pull off in front of us so I'm sure owners would love to know why they lost so much money tonight and why golden chick gained all the customers that left in front of us being they were ahead of us at golden chick."

"Placed a pick up order and they forgot half the order coleslaw, biscuits it was to late by the time we noticed when we got home. They need help management wise because this place has been going down hill for a couple of years now. They never have menu items either it’s this generation, work ethic or total disregard for the supply and demand to the customers."
"We were trying to give Church’s a chance after not returning for several years. Tonight was a reminder of that decision. Our chicken was cold, tasted like it had sat there all day, my okra was half filled with crust from other fried items and the fries were cold. Nope! Never again."
