"I was there last Monday because my son wanted madeleines. I believe it is $2.64 I did not bring my cell phone and used my debit card to buy one madeleines. Later I found that $90.85 was charged. I visited the store to find out what happened. Worker did not have access to my transaction from last week and wanted me to contact Starbucks. I called them and since I did not use the app they could not track my transaction. The only way to solve this issue is to dispute the transaction from the bank. What a mess."

"Not sure how you guys train your workers here.. this one girl with a blonde hair decided to turn the lights off for the store when we were still inside at 8PM on Friday the 27th. And had the audacity to laugh at our face forcing us to leave when they close at 8:30. I understand it’s 30 minutes but i know for a fact that there’s a better way to handle this (like informing us they close in 30 minutes). Not sure if she’s even trained for customer service."

"I get Starbucks literally everyday! The first pic is from this location. They charge $8.26 for this and serve it missing that much! I ordered a venti. Sad thing I paid almost $24 for 3 and all were served the same way. She stated because of the light ice. So what if I ask for no ice? I go to different locations as well so the second picture was a location by my job. All the same Ingredients and as you see, I had already sipped on it and it looks fuller! I Will not be returning! I complained and they didn’t care to make it better. That small issue caused me to never return to that specific Starbucks."

"As always, friendly, fast service with a smile on faces. Always great place to meet friends and clients for a minute or even few hours. Some of the Starbucks I've used as an office spot for many hours at a time. This time it wasn't packed as they usually tend to be. Keep up the good work, and thank you all again."
