"Awful service. I waited in the drive thru for over an hour for my food that was supposed to be done in 5 minutes. The manager told me it was almost done and to pull back around. I did and was in line for 30 minutes before calling to ask about my order status. My order hadn’t even been started. No apology from either of the managers. I got a refund for my order."
"This is by far THE BEST Pizza Hut I have ever been to. They put the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful which is the total opposite of what you normally get from other pizza places in the area! Gretchen in particular was super helpful. When I told her I was unable to order delivery from this store bc there is another one closer…she went out of her way to add our address to their system so it would pop up as an option for me to order from in the future. Then called me back to let me know! That kind of service is hard to find nowadays!"
