"There was a guy at the final pickup that was very, very, very rude. I asked for a cup of water and he gave a hand gesture to leave his window. I asked again and he gave the same gesture to leave but I didn't. He finally gave me the water and I drove off. The guy in question has no fingers on his left hand."

"Trying to get breakfast before work. They have 2 lines. Get in one line and we're not moving at all the guy keeps telling us to wait. Had to finally leave. The other line had served 4 cars as I waited. I was gonna be late. He didn't seem to care. They need more help."

"I've usually had very good experiences here. I have a lot of anxiety and have a lot of hesitation when I order and they've usually been really nice and understanding. But today I got laughed at repeatedly for asking a stupid question, I know it was stupid, I was just having a hard time ordering. And I apologized repeatedly but they were still laughing as I tried to order. It was so stupid but it was extremely embarrassing. I tried to call the store to see about getting the store number to file a complaint and got hung up on. I don't expect people to make concessions for my anxiety, but I would appreciate if you waited to laugh at me until I couldn't hear it."

"I come in the mornings on my way to work. Great crew! I came by for the 1st time for dinner- the Drive-thru lady taking orders was VERY rude. I'm not going to mention her name but she should not be waiting on customers. The food was fresh and hot."

"Just when I thought this location couldn’t get any worse!!!!!! They remodeled and made it even worse. Impressive!! No drink station now. Cheap, cheap seats. Play area was blocked. Just plan to get the wrong order and stand at the counter for a while being ignored for anything else you might need…. Like salt or ketchup or napkins because that’s not accessible. Chocolate Shake wasn’t even close to full and no whip cream or syrup. Literally the worst McDonald’s. Update: We returned for a Little Mermaid Happy Meal, and the order was correct and fast and the playground was open. It looks like they finally have enough staff. I’ll update starts after another visit."
