"The place is very clean but the taro tea doesn’t taste like the original flavor. The Oreo drink is not even Oreo cookie, it tastes like plastic or cheap cookie. Update: their answer is awful. I’ve checked the answers and other reviews and same thing. Instead of doing something and take responsibility they only give excuses. TERRIBLE and the drinks I ordered tasted soooo bad. I’m not taking their response because taste is very baaaad, doesn’t matter what."
"loved this place! the cashier was friendly and attentive, the place was clean and our drinks were amazing, we got the taro slush and mango snow since they were best sellers and would totally recommend, they also have a variety of board games, which was a plus!"
"I was in Southlake shopping at the town square with my family. My wife and I decided to take the kids to get a treat because it was 105 outside when we stumbled upon Kung Fu Tea. When we walked in there was a huge line, but the workers were working very hard to get orders fulfilled. All of the employees were kind and even helped us pick a drink from their huge menu! There was something for everyone! My kids ended up getting slushes and and my wide and I got 2 milk teas (coconut and mango)! They were delicious. I can see why so many people love the place! Overall, this place is fantastic, and has a great atmosphere! The business was also very clean and I truly appreciated their staff’s kindness!"
"was super dissatisfied with the drinks my husband and I got. Especially my husbands which tasted like watered down milk. When I asked the staff for a replacement they said they could not and I would need to pay 50% for it since they didn’t make it incorrectly. Any other drink place I’ve been if something is unsatisfying I’ve been able to get a replacement or refund. I’m super upset and disappointed with this policy and service. I’d like to get a refund and speak to someone about this negative experience."
"So helpful and I love how clean it is. The server was so patient with me. I got a matcha milk tea, no sugar, sub almond milk and my husband got a Thai milk tea. They are quick and really nice!"
