"Tropical Smoothie Cafe is our new go to place and we have spent hundreds of dollars at this specific location alone, as we cater their food to board meetings. The first catering was a tax exempt order that turned into a debacle. We were first told to call 2 days in advance. I did and they said call the day of the order. Then I called the day of the order at 11AM for the 530 PM pick up and they acted like 10 wraps was an impossible task. They didn't know how to process it as tax exempt either, so we had to pay taxes. I emailed the owner, Brian, and nothing, so we just wrote it off as it was not important to the owner to get back to us. By the way, Brian, if you still own this business, your employees were talking smack about you when we ordered that day. That's how I knew to address you by name in the email.... On two other occasions we have personally dined here and received a cold shoulder from employees, and today will be the last. Of the 3 employees there at 1130, no one said hello, thanks for coming or anything..not a word...zombies....not only to us but the drive through, too. What a horrible vibe. We watched one guy waiting on his order just walk out. The food and model for this chain is by far one of the best I've ever seen but we will NOT be back to this location and I hope corporate is watching these reviews."

"I order the turns on sandwich with extra turkey as well as sun chips. I received a sandwich that was paper thin and bbq chips not cheddar sun chips. I called them and they refused to help because I ordered it through door dash and said I needed to contact them. 1. Door dash didn’t make it 2. Door dash gave me credit on there app for my next purchase 3. I told tropical smoothie that it was the last time I will order from them and she said that’s fine have a good day. With my wife’s sandwich and our drinks it cost us over $50.00"

"Got an island green detox smoothie and a Buffalo chicken wrap. Smoothie was fine. Wrap tasted low quality. Did the trick since I was on a rush on a lunch break and the service was quick. But I would not crave this food. Again smoothie was fine. And service was quick. $13 was just a bit high for something that tasted lower quality and was not very enjoyable."

"I love the Bahamas mama smoothie. But CHICKEN CAPRESE SANDWICH I wasn’t that fund of. It was really bland. Needs salt and pepper or something plus I like the pesto sauce on it. Other then that I was fresh"
