"PLEASE SEE PICTURE BELOW, unsanitary!!! This store is really making Starbucks look bad. . I normally go to this Starbucks at least once a week. I ordered a Caramel ribbon crunch frappe with an extra express shot & as I was drinking it I noticed a long black string of hair blended with my drink. I felt so disgusted & may have even swallowed pieces of the hair. . I understand things happen but it seemed like they just wanted to shrug it off. This should be some health code violation and I’m continuing to work with corporate on this matter. The supervisor Aaron said his store manager will only give a $10 gift card, which is awful because that’s less than the order I purchased. I don’t want anymore drinks from them, PLEASE BEWARE AND LOOK AT YOUR DRINK BEFORE YOU TAKE A SIP."

"Went through the drive through got my order and was trying to buy a cup using my stars. I had been building them up from a previous conversion with how many I needed from a different employee. Apparently they did not know the correct info and I was told I couldn’t use my stars in fact to purchase the cup. The manager was not helpful and it was obvious she didn’t care with her “what do you want me to do about it” comments. I then got a snarky note on my coffee. I won’t be going back to a business that allows such horrible customer service."

"Been coming here since it opened, the baristas are super friendly, and have always gotten my order right on point. The bathrooms are clean and it’s quite a spacious cafe area. Thanks for a great experience every time"

"My review is on a Sunday afternoon so it is kinda after the busy lunch rush. Drive thru kinda slow but don't know how many drinks people are ordering each so that needs to be considered. Once I pulled up for my order they were able to take my payment ans provide the drinks in a timely manner. No problems at all with quality or quantity of my drinks. They provided nice service."
