"Update: great and prompt response by the business. Impressed with that. Just hope they get around the online ordering issue so customers can count on that. Terrible experience with online ordering. I almost missed my daughter’s celebration at school because my online order was not ready, they couldn’t even find it. Even though I had paid online I had to pay for the new order because supposedly the payment wasn’t received. I love their donuts and the convenient location and I post this as a cautionary note for those ordering online."

"My donuts are so ugly! They look absolutely terrible. The icing is not even and melting off at weird places. The workers did a sloppy job of icing my donuts. They were also unfriendly and seemed extremely unenthusiastic about their work. In addition they gave me a faulty box that was created on one side. These were supposed to be a gift and I felt so embarrassed handing it over. Taste wise they are nothing special. They are normal cake donuts far from inedible, maybe a bit too sweet."

"They only have 1 type of donut, a small cake donut. They make it to whatever you want. It's more of a boujee donut place. This ISN'T a cinnamon roll."

"Since changing ownership over the past couple years it’s slowing going down hill and still ordering consistently, we are constantly having problems with it the icing melting off the donuts. Back in April, I ordered two dozen for a work event and majority were inedible because the frosting had fallen off. I had to call and advise them. We spent over 40 dollars for donuts for a co workers birthday and people couldn’t eat them. They told me that isn’t normal and they never use warm donuts to put icing on. Yeah, okay. We went back again this morning…. To much disappointment I’m not sure what’s going on but, we never have clean donuts anymore and it is such a waste of money."
