"The bagels are great and the so are the egg sandwiches. What stands out most about this place is the manager and the staff. They are always in a good mood and they look and act like they love working there. It really looks like it would be a fun place to work with that team."

"Update as requested by customer service team. They requested that I reach out to them through the website, and I did explain the issues that we experienced here. It has now been 6 months and I never did get a response from them in either email/text/phone call. Clearly this was not a big enough issue for them to even bother reaching out to try to understand or address. Yesterday morning I placed an order to be picked up today @7 am. I actually commented how friendly the staff was. This order was for a charity breakfast for our local Police and Fire hero's. Today when the lady showed up to pick up the order it was not ready and she was told it wasn't even paid for despite it being paid for in store the day before. After 20 minutes of them arguing and embarrassing the lady and telling her to either repay or get out of the way she a nice stranger stepped in to try and help. He repaid the order while she was looking for a copy of the receipt. She then found the receipt and showed it to them. Even then there was no apology offered for how she was treated and now 30 min later still no refund offered for the double paid invoice. What an absolute unprofessional handling of this situation and a complete embarrassing moment for all involved. I will never trust this place with my orders again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
