1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee

"My first order here and my first drinks have some kinds of sours...not lime or lemons sours. "EXPIRE SOURS",I don't know the drink itself or Lychee jelly but after a few drinks my stomach is getting odd. Y'all need to train your employee about "EXPIRE" ingredients. Oh by the way,the Ipad is frozen sometimes too, when we tell the service lady and she is clearly mad it shows on her face. "I DON'T RECOMMEND Y'ALL COME HERE""

"In a boutique settings, such as this location, self check out should be an option NOT mandatory. Not a fan of the barista watching me ‘self checkout’ in an empty café. Next, the self check out system descriptions are not populated and it’s confusing on what the actual product is. This lead me to ordering something other than I was wanting. My fault on that one however I’d like to see better descriptions or a barista who is knowledgeable about the products being sold. Lastly, I understand It’s a new location and people need training. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to make a simple milk tea though. And an after though why am I being asked to leave a tip when I checked myself out?"

"I work nearby and was excited to try this bubble tea place! I was one of their first customers when they opened and they gave me a free drink. Every time I've been in the person working the register/making drinks has been so kind. I really enjoyed the milk tea I got, but the pumpkin marshmallow drink was a bit unusual for my tastes. It was super cute though! I like that you can choose sweetness levels. 25% is still pretty sweet but not overpowering."

"Wanted to give this new place a try, but WAY OVERPRICED. Ordered 2 smalls: a Lychee Tea and Taro Smoothie with Bobas each. Total was $17.84, NO TIP. Walked in and the place smelt like sewage or a bad toilet in the middle of the day on a Saturday. Head over to TeaLatte next to Kroger on Cross Timbers Rd. They're new and for $7.70 you get a LARGE that you can barely finish in 1 sitting. Better quantity and quality for the PRICE!! And way better customer service!"

"This place is great! Manager was there training an employee, he was super nice and welcoming. He was very patient with the trainee while he taught her how to make the drinks that were ordered. I got an earl grey milk tea with cream cheese foam and Oreos. It was super sweet and good, exactly how I expected it to be! The shop has quite a bit of seating for the size of the store. I will be back!"
