Velocity Tire

"I had went to velocity tire earlier today to get air in my tires plus a wheel balance, ( mind you I had just bought these tires the week before ). Any how I was waiting in the store when one of the guys came and told me that three of my tires weren’t balancing right on the machine , I asked them so what is going to happen Esteban told me that they were going to fix the issue by giving me new tires . I gotta say if respectfully in this world now and days people are so opinionated and like to be Karen’s but the thing about these guys is the complete opposite , I gotta say these guys went above and beyond customer satisfaction . And also these guys names are Omar, Dominic, and Esteban these guy took care of the situation like a true professional would and I hope that this company recognizes good workers then they see it. Once again thank y’all for helping me and my family get back the road."
