"I was charged for something I didn’t ask them for I ask for them to diagnose my vehicle and instead they dropped the transmission and didn’t tell me till after they did so and told me I have to pay for that to so they made me $800 dollars for absolutely nothing I did not tell them to go ahead and take out transmission next time maybe you could at least advise the owner of the vehicle other steps need to be taken and there will be extra charges I should have not had to pay for something I didn’t ask for"
