"My car was picked up by these idiots and I'm about 95% sure they drove it and didn't tow it in. Google says they open at 8am and they're ridiculous voice-mail says 8:30am. After calling about 20 times this rude man answered me and said he couldn't give me any information because all the drivers were out... what does that have to do with anything. I just wanted to know they're rates what any person would want to know after having they're car towed. Anyways I would definitely not recommend this towing service."

"I contacted Hacienda Salvage & Metal Co. a few nights ago to inquire about getting an emergency tow. I'm not from Uvalde, and I found myself stuck and trapped in a mud field for four hours due to bad navigation instructions from Google Maps. Hacienda was one of the several local tow shops that I called. Like all of them, they were unable to help me due to several different reasons- "Our tow truck is broken" or in this particular case, "Our equipment is unable to tow any vehicle that is more than 50 feet from a paved road." That's understandable. That's not why I'm giving Hacienda a 1-star review. I'm giving them a 1-star review because from the first "Hello," the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, dismissive, condescending, and had no empathy for a potential customer who was in need of help. She was annoyed the entire duration of the phone call and sounded like she couldn't wait to hang up. Her attitude was sour and off-putting. I'm glad it didn't work out because the way they treat their customers, they don't deserve anyone's business."
