"Had a minor issue with an "off" taste in an Americano with cream on the way to DFW. Called after getting to airport and to suggest they check expiration date on cream. While he assured me that they do daily QC checks on all products, he still immediately offered to make it good on my return."

"I had walked in and came to the counter and greeted the staff members and was ignored. After waiting, a girl came to the counter and did not even greet or say anything. I then ordered and she told me to "Wait a second" as the computer was loading. The experience there was fine but the staff members need to be reminded that their attitude does affect the environment. The store closes at 8pm but what had really aggravated me was when the girl with green hair started mopping and decided to mop right next to me at my feet. She had the entire store but decided to do so right next to me. I felt very disrespected and unwelcomed after that instance. I will be sure to contact whoever is in charge and let them know that this did in fact happen. If you are the manager and want to verify this situation. I have provided a timestamp: 2/13/2024 7:15pm. To the staff members at this location, I hope you do better. This is not the type of work etiquette that is acceptable at any establishment. I wish you the best. Be kinder."

"Hi, I visit your store every single day I forgot to grab my petite vanilla scone this morning. I tried calling you guys multiple times but your phone line is busy. My vanilla scone should be sitting there waiting, but I work in Dallas so I am not able to return to pick it up, please donate the scone to one of your staff members or give it to a homeless person. Do not throw it away. Thank you. See you tomorrow."

"I always come here I love the way they make my chai tea latte (hot) with cinnamon. Today they were out of cinnamon but got me Dolche which is totally ok. But the last few times I've ordered oatmeal with blueberries and brown sugar it comes with nothing blue or berry. I have to say something now because it's just adding up cost plus I want my fruit. Otherwise everyone is amazing here I'm a nurse so I can't go back and fix it so I'm writing a post."
