"This Dunkin can never get my order right. All i ask for is a simple iced coffee with one cream and one flavor shot. And always is wrong. Last week i ordered the cookie butter cold brew and got a different one. I didn’t even try to ask for it to be fixed because they always make it wrong. Manager even tried to help me before to fix the issues but still is not right that drinks aren’t made how you order them"
"staff is nice but inexperienced and slow and i totally get it i was slow at work for about two months, however, whenever i come to this location my order is always wrong. i get the cookie butter cold brew and three snacking bacons and the other locations seem to get it right just fine, this location however gave me plain random bacon… and $10 for a small cold brew because of toppings??? this is ridiculous i’m sorry and at the other locations i pay $7 and it comes out way better. i always leave this location feeling sad and scammed and taken advantage of. and the manager knows it. be better"
