"I advise to NOT come to this McDonald’s unless you want to wait 30 minutes to receive your food. I purchased my order through the app since it’s usually very quick and since the drive thru was long, we did curbside which was a HUGE mistake. They don’t prioritize curbside like they should & a lot of other people had to wait over 30 minutes as well for their food. And no refunds can be made through the app either so you either lose money or wait for the food to be made."

"For some reason the managers at McDonald's need to teach these kids that when somebody orders coffee we like it hot. I did not ask for cold iced coffee. When they hand it to me and I feel the cup is cold. They're excuse is that I have too many creams added to it. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. I've only been getting coffee for the last. I don't know 10 years and when you ask for hot coffee you should get half coffee. Can this be something taught at training."

"This place removed the self serve drink station for some reason, and there's no cashiers to take your order and they insist on using the self serve kiosk which means if you just order a drink you'll be waiting behind the 5 cars that queued in the drive-thru. Once you receive your drink order it won't even be filled up all the way, and they charge way too much for the drinks! Also on many separate occasions they've completely scuffed the orders late at night. I'd literally order a big-mac, get home, and realize there's no meat patties in it at all. When I drove all the way back to get it fixed, they gave me JUNIOR PATTIES instead. I'm still upset over this and this isn't the first time this has happened."

"Awful this is the coffee I got today and when I went to ask the lady in the head band if I could have jelly got the window slammed in my face sat there yelling hello at 10am while people ignored me. This was one of the worst places I’ve personally visited and I know for a fact that the lady who ignored me was a manger."

"Manager is rude and disrespectful .. also let me order and pay , then tells me they don't have the things I ordered, then let me order something different and tells me the same thing again! I also saw a large cockroach crawling on the register floor and when I told her she said she didn't care, I asked for napkins and she told me to go get toilet paper. This place is a joke. The rufe snow location is way better . I only came here for a bigger play area for my kids. Big mistake! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE"
