"Manager just stands around not helping when they have 10+ people waiting for coffee. Everyone just talking with their hands instead of talking while working it’s only one or the other. Literally 40 min of an hour lunch spent waiting. Starbucks is losing it here. Should never take 39 min for a drink. Just 1 drink"
"Won't be coming here again. I ordered the double smocked bacon and caramel ribbon crunch with an extra shot. Several people that ordered after me, received their orders before I did. Felt like I waited a good 15-20 min's before I received my drink, which is weird because at different locations when I order through the drive thru, it takes nothing but a minute. I would suggest going somewhere else"
"I wanted to share my experience this morning. The man cashiering today turned my day around. I'm getting ready to go to a funeral this weekend and then I get news that another family member passed away. He could tell I was having a tough day and was so friendly and sincere. "As a Starbucks regular...we needed our fix early morning after checking in a friend for outpatient at Medical City hospital North Richland Hills. Friendly staff. Pretty clean store bathrooms could use some work on facilities and plumbing. Cappuccino was so so at best. First order was wrong remake was okay but not up to standards that we're accustomed to at other locations. Maybe it was before the crew had a caffeine fix?"
