"I don't know the menu at Starbucks and unfortunately the app isn't very user friendly, so when I pulled up I asked about the green tea and how it could be served. The person answered that they have a lot of ways to serve and when I asked them about it, they seemed annoyed that I asked about it. They got to the second way and I asked for them to explain what they meant, "well thats what the script tells me to say." I never really was a fan of SB in the first place but let me tell you....Dutch Bros employees would NEVER say that let alone let a customer know that they were annoyed. I could sense his frustration and ordered a green tea with sweetener. It was disgusting. It tasted old and it was not sweetened at all. Never going back to this SB again. Dutch bros for life!"

"I wanted to give kudos to A'sa, who happened to be the only person working this Starbucks, this morning. In spite of the growing line, she continued to be pleasant, professional and did a great job, taking the orders and preparing them! I noticed that others also were pleased with the customer service she provided. There should be, at least 2 people working this location, because some customers preferred not to wait."
