"I went during the lunch hour 12:00 -1:00 PM. You can imagine it was busy. Like 10 persons deep in line busy. Only one guy behind the counter (ANDY) who took orders, made the drinks and was the cashier at the same time. HE DID GREAT considering that he was alone! This is the reason I am giving this a 5 Star Rating. This 5-Star rating is for ANDY. If there was a wait - everyone in line understands it is not his fault - someone else for sure, but not Andy's. Everyone can see how he was hustling behind the register and the counter. It would have been better if there are 2 workers at least. Maybe hire another person? Starbucks have 4-5 workers at this hour. But, I love my Boba and at the same time I'd like to support these students working in ShareTea Denton, also. So I will be back."

"My husband and I are avid boba tea drinkers and have tried probably 50 different shops in the metroplex. This one is best of the best! They have the quickest friendliest service, drink selection is awesome, and the consistency of the quality of the drinks is spot on. We've probably been 15 times in the two months since we moved nearby, and have never had anything less than a five star experience all around. Wintermelon with Fresh Milk is the best!!!"

"Sharetea seriously has the best boba! Like the actual pearls—so tasty! Other places I’ve been to have boba with either no flavor or really bitter. Not Sharetea—theirs has a sweet, brown sugary taste. Also, the tea itself is delicious! And I like that you get to choose how much ice goes into your drink and how sweet it is. This location in particular also has really good, quick service. I usually get the Okinawa pearl milk tea, if you need a recommendation!"

"Ordered the Hokkaido milk tea. It was terrible and burnt tasting. I love Hokkaido and that was awful. I’m not sure if it was too much powder in there or what. I went in for a refund and I was told that it ISNT possible and that the system isn’t equipped for it. If you’re using square online it is possible. I didn’t fight it. I was told to get a different drink and that “ this apparently isn’t done often.” I left with a Thai tea. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was pressured into getting a drink I didn’t want. I don’t know if she was a manager or shift lead, but her performance was not up to par in customer service."

"Very quick service and great tasting tea. Wide varieties of choices to pick up from. Quite and cozy environment for hanging out too. Thai milk tea is the best among the lot, here."
