"I had a wonderful experience today. I went in and tried to use a gift card I got for Christmas for Panera bread. There was no money ever put on it. However, the manager gave me a free meal and was so very kind. Andrea, the girl who waited on me, couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful. Great service and the food was great."
"Almost $13 Dollars for like 4oz of chicken on a handful of lettuce. Airport level value... And definitely not worth it given alternatives everywhere. Nice staff though. I'll give them that."
"7 dollars for a cup of chicken broth is what I got when ordering the chicken noodle soup. For starters, the cup wasn't full. The so-called "soup had literally one half of a noodles in it. This is completely unacceptable. The service was friendly, but the food was absolutely horrible. I had a to go order. Otherwise, I would have gone back and had some choice words for the management. I absolutely can not recommend going here. The pictures reflect everything that was in the soup. That's all I received."
"Ok this place is awesome. It is awesome for two reasons in my view. 1. Is that you can just grab the cup you paid for with ease. No waiting or asking for a cup that paid for. 2. What is most important for me and fellow dairy free people is that they have a dedicated container for Almond Milk for your coffee. At this Panera you do not have to feel bad or pay more money to get some dairy free milk. It's way better than Starbucks where you have to pay. If I lived around here this would be my spot for coffee. For food Panera needs to step up their game on that."
