"This is the only Starbucks in the area that has no clue how to properly make a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Every time I’ve ordered one, it’s so light and tastes like straight milk. When I ask them to remake it, they are rude and stare at you like they’re clueless. The banana bread is always dry and cold. Service, food, and drinks are the worst I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Ive never had to write a bad review before but this has happened every single time. Going to drive extra miles just to go to another store from now on."

"Frequent this location often with my teenagers and they are always so delightful and friendly! Quick line, drinks and food are always accurate. Shoutout to the employee whose name tag I believe said “Libra” when I was there this morning. Great intercom voice and so happy all the time!"

"I have to the Starbucks a handful of times. The last 3 times we went to this Starbucks, some of the staff was ruined and didn't acknowledge us. We had to have our drinks made twice, and it still wasn't made right. So we left CS with Starbucks and refused to reimburse us. We had one instinct, and we did an order through the mobile app, as we always do, and we got looked due to doing other customers' orders who walked in and placed their orders. 25 minutes later , they decided to do our drinks, and it was still wrong. I am officially done with this particular Starbucks and do not recommend this place at all."

"I want to give this place a 5 star review but my only issue is my order often gets made incorrectly. I order one drink here every other morning between 8-9 and I ask for a grande size in a venti cup because I pay for extra cold foam so I want a bigger cup so it will fit the extra, and it’s upsetting because it’s an expensive drink so I want it how I ordered it. And I tried to ask one time to fix it and the drive thru lady did not accommodate so I haven’t wanted to ask again. Other than that particular issue I love this store, everyone always greets me so kindly, it’s clean and very fast"
