"I ordered and paid for one pizza online. My son arrived five minutes past the estimated pick up time only to find it had not been made. He chose to wait for it despite possibly being late to work. He went back inside after waiting over ten minutes to his car only to be asked if he could wait longer because they had dropped the first one on the floor. He was late to work and there was no compensation offered. He did good to walk out with the pizza I ordered."
