Right away the young man at the counter immediately wanted to make it right. Very pleasant young man. He put in the order and in a snap they were ready. Very very cordial!! Thank you!!!!!"

"The customer service here is SUPREME. We recently placed a delivery for order through the Domino’s app, something went wrong and we received the wrong pizza for whatever reason (the app glitched). We called and explained what happened and they didn’t hesitate to send us the right pizza at no extra cost. "I ordered cinnamon twist and the order was delivered but had what seemed like Thai chili sauce on it. I called the restaurant to ask about the spice and the person on the phone was laughing as she explained it to the manager. They then stated they would send a new order to me but wanted to charge $7. She eventually waived the fee and the new order was delivered. Looking at the new order it’s assumed that they thought the cinnamon was spicy because these weren’t as seasoned like the others. And once I got off of the phone with the store I bit into the pizza and it was cold. I appreciate the new cinnamon twist but I will not be ordered from there again."
