"This is my first time at this location. Very good pizza and very friendly staff. Very fast service walked in, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get the pizza. There was a steady estream, a traffic not a lot of places to park, but overall there was a very good experience."

"Ordered a Shaqaroni for 3 teenage boys. Ready when promised . Picked it up hot and fresh. Young man at counter polite and very helpful. Pizza is just as advertised. App very helpful keeping me on track of order. Coupon honored no problem. Bunch of happy kids."

"Papa John’s is our favorite of the mass produced brands - fresh tasting ingredients and there is something salty/buttery that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to stop eating one more piece! This location off of 380 and prosper is conveniently located (although may require a bit of extra parking lot navigation if you’re going back east on 380). People in the store are working FAST and hard and are friendly at the same time. Thanks and keep it up!"

"The pizza place is just 3 miles from my home, but the pizza came cold. The delivery driver couldn't use the gate code, so I had to open the gate for him. He complained about not having time for such issues, even though I was his last delivery for the day. When I received the pizza, the box felt cold with no warmth at all, and the base was soggy. The pizza itself tasted undercooked. I'd already paid $31.02 online for the large pizza, which originally cost $21. As I took the pizza, the driver asked for a signature and a tip. I signed and told him I'd tipped online. He shouted at me, demanding a tip. I refused to tip again since I'd already done so online. Considering the pizza arrived cold and the place is just 3 miles away, it doesn't make sense. It was supposedly en route for only 7 minutes. I'm disputing this charge and will advise others in Prosper to avoid this Papa John's until they address these issues. Without question the worst pizza I've ever had from Papa John's the worst absolute worst delivery and the worst experience."

"Our pizzas were not made as per the order. This was our first time here and never going back again. I ordered spicy garlic special crust pizza with a lot of topping. What I received didn’t have the spicy special crust and jalapeños. Never going back here again."
