MOD Pizza

"We just left the store. The were a total of two employees. Two for the whole store. We ordered online at 6:25pm, and finally got our pizzas at 6:55. Which isn't terrible, if we had gotten the right pizzas. Looked like they switched our order with someone else. Honestly we are normally very happy with this location, but not tonight. We've never seen less than 5-6 employees there, so not sure what happened"

"This place has gone down hill quickly and tonight was some of the worst service I have ever had there. The two employees that made my pizza and checked me out did not acknowledge me when I walked in or up to the counter, barely said two words, had attitude, and were rude and acted like I was a burden for being there. One girl was on her phone while trying to check me out. Also the quality of the ingredients has gone down so much. Definitely won’t be supporting this establishment again anytime soon."

"Ordered delivery from this place on Friday January 12, 2023. Could not be more disappointed, missed two of my no name cakes, and sent me a burnt pizza. Called up the store and told them my situation, they answered and said “Call back tomorrow we closed.” First off- If you don’t want to deal with customers don’t answer the phone. Second off - dont push problems tho the next day, if it can be handled when you answer. The guy who answered at 11pm should really fix his stuff."

"I went with my family and the attention from the team on Friday night was very bad. the preparation of the pizzas was the worst they used very few ingredients and limited quantities there were no options to choose from. The pizza had almost no sauce or cheese. And very expensive for the quality."

"The staff are always really friendly! The pizza ingredients are really good! I love how you can choose your own ingredients or I have a menu to choose from. Their desserts are yummy! Even if you feel too full to eat the dessert, be sure to buy one so you can eat it later!"
