Papa Johns Pizza

"I counted at least six screens around the work area to communicate with the workers. Yet not one screen to communicate the menu to customers. And they still couldn’t get the walk in order right. I don’t carry my phone around, so I will skip Papa John’s next time and go to a competitor who values the customers."

"Don't order from this location. It's the closest one to my house and we have ordered OFTEN and given chance after chance for improvement to no avail. I will drive to Prosper or another Frisco location before I order from here again. We've been served burnt pizza, pizza without any sauce(multiple times), pizza without cheese, it's absolutely crazy. The last time I ordered they try to serve someone garlic knots without any garlic on it because the ran out. Didn't bother to tell the customer before, he just happened to look in the box before he drove off. Came back in, mentioned it and the workers acted as if they were annoyed when he asked for a refund. They need to care way more about the service and food they provide."

"The food is usually good here. When you ask for extra at this papa John’s you get it. They take care of you. I ordered a few pepperoncinis and they put way more than I had ordered. They have a delivery driver that we’ve gotten a few times and he is always great and easy to work with. If nothing else, give that guy a bonus for always doing such a good job. Really wishing this was Still my local store. They do such a good job and other stores won’t compare."

"When it’s done correctly, it’s done pretty well. Only problem is that my husband and I’s order is only correct maybe half if not less then half the time so I have to drive up and get it fixed. For $40 for 2 pizzas, just doesn’t seem like the best quality service."

"Very kind manager when we came in on 12/09, he took our order and got our pizza out very quickly. He even offered us plates and napkins on a Togo order which was greatly appreciated. I do wish the pizza had not been quite so oily, but it was good nonetheless."
