"UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I placed an order over the phone. Asked specifically if the carry out price was still the special of $6.99. I was told that it was I placed my order for two pizzas. I went in to pick them up, and was notified that the coupon had expired the day before at midnight, and they were unable to honor it. The manager, Joseph, came out and made it quite clear that he did not have the ability to honor the 6.99 carry out coupon. I actually left, got in my car, and started driving away, but turned around just to ensure that there was no ability to get that price being as that’s what I was told over the phone… I went back in and Joseph, the manager, made it explicitly clear that he was not able to provide any type of override, or any way of honoring what I was told over the phone! I explained I had made it clear with initial conversation and had hungry people waiting at home and now I am going to show up without food… When I asked him what he was going to do with the pizzas, he said he was going to throw them away… to that I said there is a viable customer standing in front of you willing to pay good money for those pizzas but the fact that you’re not able or don’t have the permissions to override the systems you’re just going to throw them away…to which he said “yes”… need I say more. Unbelievable!"

"We order here often since this location opened. We staff of people are always so great. Not just please and thank you but actually smile and act like they care. I’ve never had my order messed up. If I did I am sure the staff would handle it with care and class. Super nice people."

"Ordered 28 pizzas for a special event. Gave the location 2 hours' notice. I called 30 minutes before open. When I arrived for pickup, they had them hot, fresh, ready,and waiting. Come to find out, there was only the manager and one employee in the store since most people order pizza later in the day. They were super friendly when I walked in and even offered to help me walk them to my car and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this location."

"Its the middle of the day, and they rushed the hell out of my order!! My cheese sticks are entirely dough!! You can see the cheese isn't even entirely melted!! I was shocked at how fast i received my order. Now, I know why.. come on now!"
