Marco's Pizza

"We've been customers for about 2 years and noticed a big change recently. The new management is doing a great job. Everyone seems happier and the pizzas are looking really good. This is a very different experience from our previous experiences. It wasn't terrible previously but it seemed like the employees didn't want to be there. Now they're cheerful and friendly which makes us want to come more often."

"Marco's Pizza went downhill for awhile but they seemed to have fixed those issues. Everyone was friendly and the food was great! Glad I gave them a chance and came back. Both food and experience was 5-stars. If they keep this up, they'll be my regular pizza place again."

"This pizza started off great and now it's just hit or miss. The last visit the website said the pizza was done and was set for them to bring out to the car. They never brought it out. I go inside just for someone to say that the pizza needs 8 more minutes and that he would bring it out when it was done. I waited another 30 minutes and he never brought it out. They were not even busy this day. They have done this every time it's set to be brought out. Not to mention the pizza is never right now. Wrong crust....wrong toppings. How hard is it to read a screen? Can be great pizza...just need staff that cares to read instructions and orders in general. You can tell they don't care."

"We ordered two pizzas from Marcos a couple of months ago. When they arrived, it looked like the pizzas had been dropped or carried upside down. On one pizza, all of the cheese had slid off the pie to the side of the box. I was so disappointed that we waited a couple of months before ordering again. We tried again last month. I ordered two pizzas, and waited over an hour for the delivery, only to find the delivery person had left the pizzas on the porch (in 40 degree weather) without ringing the doorbell. They also only delivered one of the two pizzas. I called and asked about the second pizza and they said we could have a partial credit to my account online, or have a new pizza delivered. The credit wouldn’t do much good since I didn’t plan to order from them again, so I requested a replacement pizza. The second pizza never arrived. Terrible delivery and customer service."
