"Good place to go if you have kids because it is a buffet and there is a small arcade but I went back on 2-17 and the Alfredo sauce date was showing and it said the sauce was made on 2-15 and it said that it would be good until Monday 2-19 which means it will be heated and left out for 5 days I can only imagine about the other left over food I added a picture for proof"

"Food was acceptable to the kids. I purchased a card for my son to play games. One machine didn't work. The assistant manager said he would go check the balance of the card but he couldn't give me a refund. He took the card with him, and came back with a card and a laptop to show me a list of games that were supposedly played. I explained my son didn't even play those games. It's not like there are so many machines it's difficult to keep track. Turns out the assistant manager swapped out the card my son had with another somehow, somewhere. The cards have numbers on them and the number on the card he gave back to me didn't match the number on the emailed receipt I received when the card was purchased. I still didn't get the correct card back or a refund."

"My husband was raving about this franchise for years! We FINALLY stopped into Cicis Pizza while in North Dallas. Service was expectional! The pizza options were pretty good and tasted great. My kiddos loved it!"

"This is an excellent location that consistently is on top of replacing all the food so that its fresh and hot! Good customer service as well! Only complaint is that the bussers kept clearing the table while I got more food, which is good but my drinking cup kept getting taken and I had to keep going to the front to get more. Otherwise excellent food and service."
