"I ordered a (2) pizzas and (3) sodas yesterday at 5:30 delivery said it’ll be about 6:30. We were fine with that, at 8pm I called and asked them where is our pizza she said apologized and said it was dispatched 30 minutes ago and that they should be there anytime. She told me she would refund us our order. He showed up 10 min later with 2 lukewarm pizzas and 1 soda. Since she had said she had refunded the order I didn’t call. Checked today, did not refund us anything!"
