"Ordered 80 worth of food. App said ready, went to pick up. Line wrapped around the building, doors locked, employees sitting in lobby ignoring everyone. People banging on windows and drive through being totally ignored. Waited for over forty mins in line, never moved aside from the others just giving up and leaving. The even more sad part is how many people you run into around town that say they’ve had the exact same experience. Blows my mind how they are even open! I’m definitely understanding and sympathetic to being short staffed. But this is just wild!"

"This place is a joke. Ordered wings, a pizza, and cheese sticks. They brought it out 10 minutes apart. The phone rang the whole time and no one answered it. Not an employee in sight most of the time. The waiter interrupted me mid order and sat brb. 10 minutes later had to go find him in the back with all the employees standing around. Any the restrooms were dirty. We should have just left when the waiter disappeared but we already had our drinks."

"I gave one star for food because I couldn't score it a zero. You see... I never got my food, so I don't know how good it would have been. I placed an online order for carry-out. I arrived exactly 1 minute after the scheduled pick-up time. I went inside to get it, and the workers demonstrated that skill that so many in the service industry have perfected these days: treating customers as though they are invisible. Every time I wanted an update, it took about 5 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge my existence. Several times, they would ask for my name, go to the back, and disappear. The first time I finally got an update was after I'd been waiting for 45 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. At that point, I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I just asked for a refund and left. I reported the incident on Pizza Hut's website and received an automated response saying I would be hearing from local management. I received an email with the standard lies talking about how serious they take these matters and how it happened because of a glitch in the system where it didn't tell the workers when the order was supposed to be ready. It probably was really a glitch, but is it too much to ask for the people at the store to communicate with me? Nothing in the email trying to rectify the bad experience. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. I will be."

"I have to admit at first I was upset because no one answered the phone, I was calling over and over because my $27 order went to 45. Went in the store they were busy. However they took care of me right away. The 900 months pregnant lady was the absolute best. I can tell they are over worked and do to the economy we are in it’s hard to find good help. I just really think this lady deserves an award because even though she is about to pop her dedication to her customers is outstanding. She went above and beyond not only for me but every other customer I seen her in contact with. God Bless you lady for you and your growing family!! You really made my hectic day a lot smoother. Sorry I didn’t have much for a tip but I left you everything I had."

"Ordered medium thin crust pepperoni pizza, but half with onions. Got onions on more than half and only 16 total pepperoni on whole pizza. Some slices with only one pepperoni... totally unacceptable. SMH Pizza Hut. Take your time in making the pizza. Its an art not rushed."
