"New to this area and this dominos never disappoints!!! From the service the staff and manager Doug are very welcoming and polite. To the food that’s always fresh hot and right out the oven. As an avid pizza lover you can’t go wrong ordering from this location."
"After ordering from Dominos, we found out our order had been canceled, sent to the wrong store and it was midnight. We called, and luckily Doug, manager at the Randall Mill/Fielder location, took excellent care of us and took our order even though it was midnight. Couldn't ask for better service. Driver was friendly as well. Highly recommend this location if you live in 817! Thanks again Doug!"
"They gave my order away, then promised they would cover the charge and it would be refunded, then charged me anyway. Called and spoke to the manager she stated “we covered the remake not the order.” Then she hung up on me. The last I checked, you made the error and should cover the remake and live up to your employees word. Terrible managerial skills and customer service."
"I prefer to leave 0 stars!! This facility is compromising the health and safety of their customers. We will never order from this Dominos ever again. We found a huge chunk of wood in our pizza tonight after my husband bit into something hard in his food. We looked at it closer and we couldn’t believe that it was an actual piece of wood. We are lucky that it wasn’t ingested or broke a tooth. After contacting the store they didn’t want to refund the compromised item."
