"Customer service is TERRIBLE. Young employees talking to customers rudely and threatening to fight customers. They Make pizzas NOT as advertised, then tell the customer “that’s what you ordered” the pizza looked nothing like it was supposed to. But they said “that’s how we make it here” im sorry but that is false advertisement. Save yourself some trouble and take your business else where!! Horrible employees!!"

"I live very close to this location, and we come here fairly often. For the most part, it is what I have come to expect from Little Caesars, however the last few visits have been disappointing. We are notified through the app that our pizza is ready to pick up from the portal, but we arrive and it isn't in there and we end up having to wait an additional 5-10 minutes. And like tonight, workers have earpods in, are on their phones and display a complete lack of awareness to the customers. Do better."

"Don't choose delivery. Have attempted a few times to get pizza delivered and EVERY time something is missing or the Dasher ruins the food. The last order my marinara sauce was dropped all over my driveway."

"Placed an order in the app as soon as my order was indicated as ready I got there and my order wasn't even on the screen and it seemed that this was an issue for other customers as well, I waited and after 4 other people got their orders, once It was finally given, they messed up one of my pizzas, so again I had to wait. Not even a complementary item for my long unnecessary wait, staff was low key rude. The The pizza that was given to me in the end it wasn't even cut and was just slit onto the Box"
