"The playplace is nice. Staff is friendly and greets you when they see you enter. The food isn't bad and is overall a pretty good place to take your kids to play for a little while after they eat."

"Ordered some drinks for some coworkers and went through drive through and when getting my drinks they kept forgetting what I had ordered. They then just stood there expecting me to leave when they forgot most of my order. I had to ask for straws since they only gave me 3, when I got about 7 drinks. Also had to ask for cup holders! They ended up giving me the wrong coffee too!! They should be focused on their work instead of playing around."

"The manager here is a joke there was a hair tie in my fries went back after eating my fries and actually picking up a stretched out hair tie as my last 3 fries the manager here sead she don't believe me and where is the receipt and stood at the window and laughed in my face"

"This is how much was in my drink when I got home and opened it. That's just ridiculous. I wish I would have paid attention to how light the cup was. Smh. The incompetence is astounding. It's just a drink. Fill it up. Not that hard. THIS should NEVER happen. Drive thru this morning around 10:45."

"From not being able to properly assemble a Big Mac, to pretty much every time I order having some kind of issue, mostly missing items. After the order I just placed tonight. I had to leave a review as it was laughable. I got my order delivered and even asked the driver if there was another bag, which there wasn't. But literally got less than half my order. I'm not sure if they just can't read the order tickets or the manager there simply just doesn't care about if they complete the orders. But honestly if your close enough to go this location drive or order from the one just up the road on Rufe Snow they can at least get your order correct 95% of the time. For the manager there , if you do happen to read this you should follow up with the staff as they probably need some additional training to smooth out the order process. I wouldn't write this if it was one time but this has been the last 5 times I ordered from there has been missing items in every order."
