"Don’t even bother to go to this place. First of all you all need to know that they don’t return your money it’s just store credit. I went like 3 weeks ago and I tried a dress that was there in a maniquí and the person there told me that she needed to ordered from the catalog because it wasn’t my size. So they charged me half which was 90 dollars. Like two weeks later they called me and told me that the dress was discontinued that I needed to go and order another one. So I went back to the store and I didn’t like anything else so I asked for my money back and they told me that they can only offer stored credit. I was mad because I wanted my money back but that said that that was there policy. They should let people know that they don’t return money before ordering a dress."

"A dress was ordered for a wedding months before Covid shut down, not once did I receive a call stating the dress was ready for pick up or anything like that, now that I called and asked, they told me it’s been too long for them to still accept the receipts I have (where more than half was paid already!) and that they won’t do refunds either because they had “called” everyone to go pick up dresses that they had! How is this even legal?! I consider that theft, cause I can’t get the dress and finish paying off, choose another one around the same value or get my money back!"

"We came on a walk in basis, excited to try on Quinceañera dresses. This being our first visit in general, our starting point in this exciting new journey and we were turned back and asked to make an appointment. The place was empty, 2 ladies in the store. One went to ask the other if we could try on dresses and was told no. When we asked why, she said because we need an appointment and they had one coming up at 330pm. It was 3:40. They were obviously late! And we stayed there a good 10 minutes after, no one arrived and before we left, the lady who refused us service cuz she had an appointment, left. We were disappointed. We made an appointment that most likely will not be a show up as well."

"We went on a Saturday and my daughter tried a few dresses for the homecoming, she finally found a beautiful dress, and we paid in full. They said it would be about a week before the dress would come in. I received a call 3 days later, the dress had come in. The service we received was fantastic, the staff is patient and extremely helpful. I cannot express how pleased we are. The dresses are beautiful and they have fantastic pricing. I’m so over the moon to have found this shop!"
